• Details you type into the order form, which may be saved as you type so our team can help you complete your order.
• Technical details sent by your browser, such as your IP address and browser type, used for security and to measure our ads.
• If you contact us by email: your email address and what you write to us.

Why we use it

• To confirm your order by phone and deliver it to you.
• To prevent duplicate or fake orders.
• To measure how well our ads work.
• To answer your questions and requests.

Who we share it with

We never sell your information. We share only what each partner needs to do its job:

• The delivery company receives your name, phone number and address to deliver your order.
• Our order team works from Google Sheets, so your order details are stored there.
• Meta (Facebook) receives purchase events for ad measurement. Your phone number and name are scrambled (hashed) before they are sent.

Cookies and storage

Product pages use the Meta Pixel, which sets cookies to measure ads. Your browser also keeps small settings on your device, such as your language choice. You can clear these at any time in your browser settings.

How long we keep it

We keep order information for as long as we need it to deliver orders, handle questions and keep our business records. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
