Refund Policy
Every order is cash on delivery, so you never pay for something you haven't seen.
In short
- You pay only when the courier hands you the order.
- Don't like it? Don't take it, and don't pay. That's it.
- No card, no online payment, no refund forms.
Check before you pay
When the courier arrives, look at the product before you hand over any money. If it's what you ordered and you're happy with it, pay the courier and it's yours.
Changed your mind? Just say no
If you don't like the product, or you no longer want it, simply refuse the delivery. You pay nothing and there is nothing else to do.
Cancel before delivery
Our team calls to confirm every order. If you want to cancel, tell us on that call or email us, and we won't send it.
Wrong or damaged item
If you received the wrong product or it arrived damaged, contact us right away and we'll sort it out with you.
